Brooklyn restaurant and wine bar The Four Horsemen features wines by growers around the world who best represent their particular terroir while using little intervention in the vineyard or the cellar. Chef Nick Curtola, who has helmed the kitchen since opening, may have met his match in Dave Verheul of Melbourne's Embla.
They will come together for MEL&NYC for a wine mashup of biblical proportions. The two cult favourites will create a menu that celebrates the culinary connections between Melbourne and New York, and the wines they love.
