Many cities claim to be the dessert capital of the world, but the big apple truly takes the cake. New York City is the birthplace of some of the world’s greatest sweet treats such as cookies and cream, the New York cheesecake and the cronut to name just a few. Using these desserts and more as inspiration, George Calombaris and The Press Club team are turning Press Club – Projects, their developmental kitchen, into a NYC Dessert Bar Pop-Up for three nights only. They will create Press Club versions of New York’s world-famous desserts, accompanied by a classic NYC style cocktail with a modern twist.
